The Baader BA820 Inspektor is the first of a series of automatic sorters for natural foods (unprocessed meat and fish). The Inspektor was designed specifically for Alaskan Pollock. It is capable of sorting 6 fillets per second and is equipped with a Touch Screen interface that allows the operator to adjust production, service, and quality standards.
